Our Story
At the heart of our school are two visionary founders who bring decades of expertise and passion to help others turn their ideas into impactful projects.
Anna Zharova , who has served as Director of Educational Leadership Projects for the Jewish Agency, optimizing resources for communities across the FSU. She co-founded an international social entrepreneurship accelerator in Latvia and consults on strategic solutions for the public sector. As the CEO and Founder of the NGO Israeli Friends of Ukraine, Anna fosters business and cultural ties between Ukraine and Israel, making her a driving force in cross-sector collaboration. She holds a Master’s in Organizational Consulting and Development and a Bachelor’s in Educational Consulting.
Alla Magas - successfully led an NGO in Poltava for a decade and founded the international youth project AJT, which has empowered young leaders worldwide. Alla’s commitment to fostering impactful initiatives and her deep understanding of community needs are reflected in every aspect of her work.
